This Teaching Unit is part of the Bachelors of speech and language therapy, in semester 3. It is mandatory. Dysphonia is a common voice disorder treated by SLPs in Lebanon. The aim of this TU is to teach the students about the existing voice disorders in order to facilitate the evaluation and intervention with dysphonic patients, and to provide the knowledge necessary for collaborating with other professionals.
