CCette unité d’enseignement s’inscrit dans le semestre 1 du cursus de la formation de Master des orthophonistes. Elle vise à développer chez l’étudiant une démarche clinique d’évaluation et d’intervention orthophonique auprès des personnes ayant une dysphagie oropharyngée et leurs aidants-proches. Cette unité d’enseignement contribue au développement des compétences suivantes :  Rechercher les nouvelles approches et méthodologies de dépistage et d'évaluation de la déglutition.  Maitriser les techniques et approches rééducatives de la dysphagie oropharyngée.  Mettre en œuvre des démarches de conseils et d'expertise afin de pouvoir opérer des choix décisionnels d’orientation thérapeutique.  Juger de l'efficacité des interventions en se basant sur le niveau d'évidence et sur la pratique clinique.  Inscrire le patient et son aidant-proche dans une démarche d'éducation thérapeutique.  Savoir travailler dans une équipe pluridisciplinaire prenant en charge le patient dysphagique.
