This teaching unit is part of the curriculum for the training of speech therapists in semester 7. It aims to develop in the student a research approach that meets a double requirement: the academic one, on one hand, to comply with the research rules in speech therapy or medical sciences, and professional research on the other hand, with the aim of providing practicality. At the end of this teaching unit, the student will be able to: Competency 5: Actively engage in a clinical research process aiming at advancing the linguistic knowledge and the profession of SLT in Lebanon, taking into account the specificities of the context, and using quantitative reasoning and critical thinking.
