Voice Management 2

The purpose of this class is to develop an understanding of voice disorders and pathologies. Emphasis will be placed on the development of appropriate assessment procedures and evidence-based treatment approaches to voice disorders. Specific emphasis is placed on developing critical thinking skills related to clinical assessment and intervention of individuals with voice disorders. Link with the learning achievements: • To recognize voice disorders. • To recognize the treatment of the different disorders. • To suggest specific goals for an appropriate voice therapy.
