This course explores leaders' essential skills and strategies during tumultuous times. We will draw insights from both practical experience and academic research to equip you with the tools to navigate uncertainty, adapt leadership styles, and successfully lead teams. The course instructor has more than 15 years of experience in Leadership during challenging times, including response following the Beirut port explosion and the COVID-19 pandemic and running a business operation amidst Lebanon's political and economic collapse since 2019. Reem received an honorary MBE from the Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II for her services to the British Embassy in Lebanon
